Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Studio Saddles! 

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product/service, we will be happy to issue you a refund. Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

 

GAMING CHAIRS

All functional components of the chair as mentioned below will be covered:

  • Hydraulic Gas lift
  • Base Stand 
  • Wheels
  • Reclining Mechanism 
  • Arm Rest

Your warranty will be valid for 2 years from the date of delivery by the original purchaser against any functional defects. The warranty applicable for replaced products is 6 months only. 

 

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Studio Saddles does not cover claims that involve:

  • Wear & Tear of Material due to ageing of product.
  • Improper assembly (Please follow our assembly video or manual for clear instructions)
  • Improper use or care, environmental conditions such as high humidity, high heat, moisture, pollutants, high salinity, contact with elements that cause material degradation, contact with animals. 
  • Use in an environment that is not private or domestic. 
  • Abuse, improper transportation by customer or causes beyond our control, negligence.

SEAT COVERS

WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Leather Two year Warranty.

  • Microfiber Two Year Warranty.

  • Artificial Leather – One Year Warranty

 

WARRANTY SHALL COVER THE FOLLOWING:

  • Colour Fade

  • Material Peel Off

  • Stitching Defects

 

WARRANTY SHALL NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

  • Wear & Tear of Material due to ageing of product.

  • Improper Fitment

  • Improper use or care, environmental conditions such as high humidity, high heat, moisture, pollutants, high salinity, contact with elements that cause material degradation, contact with animals. 

  • Abuse, improper transportation by customer or causes beyond our control, negligence.

  • Chemical Usage

 

WARRANTY PROCESS

For support or assistance in claiming your warranty, please send an email to support@saddlesindia.com. Please mention the following details in the mail including Description of the Support required, Images or Videos of the issue faced, contact details. If an image of the defect is missing, we will assume that your claim has been abandoned.  


Once this has been sent, our customer care team will raise a service ticket for your complaint and will get in touch with you within 48 working hours. We will then provide you with a solution within 14 working days of noticing the defect.


For defects in faulty parts, we will ship the replacement parts to you free of charge, based on stock availability. We will also provide you with the necessary installation or assembly instructions. If in case the part is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide you with a similar model at a discounted price. 


Should you require replacement of items that are not covered under our warranty, you will need to pay for all the costs of repair & replacement. These costs include handling, transport, packaging and shipment charges and customs duty. 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Cancellations will only be accepted under the following conditions: 
  • You must request the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • If the product/service has already been delivered, the cancellation request will not be accepted.
  • If the product/service has not yet been delivered, we will cancel the order and issue a refund according to our refund policy.

EXCEPTIONS:

We reserve the right to refuse refunds and cancellations under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • The product/service was used in a manner that violates our terms and conditions.
  • The product/service was damaged by the customer after delivery.
  • The customer provides false or incomplete information during the purchase process.
