Warranty

Studio Saddles aims to provide the best available products in terms of quality, technical properties, and cost, assuring a trustful relationship combined with superior customer service. 

Any modifications or alterations made to the products post-purchase are not recommended and will void the entire Warranty. 

Your warranty will be valid for 3 years from the date of delivery by the original purchaser against any functional defects.   

For support or assistance in claiming your warranty, please send an email at contact@saddles.studio. Please mention the following details in the mail including the order Number, Description of the Support required, Images or Videos of the issue faced, Image of the warranty certificate, and contact details. If an image of the defect is missing, we will assume that your claim has been abandoned.   

NOTE: 

• There can be a minute difference in fabric colour and wood finish between the images here and the actual product. This is caused by the difference in screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays. 
• It is acceptable to have a slight mismatch in dimensions up to 12mm in upholstered products and up to 6mm in non-upholstered. 
• Our products are designed for residential use only hence warranty will be void outside residential use 
• Termite & Fungus will not be covered under the warranty.
