    Your warranty will be valid for 3 year from the date of delivery by the original purchaser against any functional defects.   

    Vinyl recliners will not be covered by the above Warranty unless explicitly mentioned.

Please mention the following details in the mail including Order Number, Description of the Support required, Images or Videos of the issue faced, Image of the warranty certificate, contact details. If an image of the defect is missing, we will assume that your claim has been abandoned.

    • There can be a minute difference in fabric colour and wood finish between the images here and the actual product. This is caused by the difference in screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays. 
    • It is acceptable to have a slight mismatch in dimensions up to 12mm in upholstered products and up to 6mm in non-upholstered. 
    • Our products are designed for residential use only hence warranty will be void outside residential use 
    • Termite & Fungus will not be covered under the warranty.
